Right now, this very second I have mixed feelings about alot of things! I have too much college work to do and not enough free time. I don't have a regular income right now so there are moths flying out my wallet and bank account, not a good look!
Saying that my record label is on the up, with a brand new mixtape and our first official music video on the way I'm feeling good. I'm also getting offered work and new projects that wanna get involved with what Influential are doing so the future's bright, the futures Influential not orange. I'm trying to sort out a new website for us to give us a 2009 upgrade to keep up with everyone else, I know most people only go on MySpace but if we have another site it will make us look more professional then just having a classy MySpace page.
...its just a matter of time, good things come to those who wait!

My iPod Top 10
1. Tinchy Stryder - Take Me Back (Feat. Taio Cruz)
I know its one of them tunes the Chav's have killed with it being played on the back of every bus. I still cant help but like it the beat is insane and Taio Cruz's hook sounds so nice and catchy. Not normally a massive fan of Tinchy but he got it right with his collaboration.
2. Sway - Silver & Gold (Feat. Akon)
A massive fan of Sway but he switched it up for this commercial track with his new boss Akon.
3. Eminem - Crack A Bottle! (Ft. Dr. Dre & 50 Cent)
When i first got into hip-hop growing up you cant avoid these three names, the tracks not the best track in the world but Eminem ghost writes for Dre and its good to hear him back and sounding so good.
4. The Game - Camera Phone (Ft. Ne-Yo)
Ne-Yo is a genius us when it comes to making a rapper a commercial success, just a nice hip-hop/R&B blend.
5. T.I. - Dead and Gone (Feat. Justin Timberlake)
You cant help but agree Timberlake always sounds so good over a Timberland beat, i just look the hook on this.
6. Jamie Foxx - Digital Girl (Feat. The Dream & Kanye West)
Can i just say Kanye West is a legend in the game his verse is so good! The Dream and Foxx sound so nice together as well.
7. Roll Deep - Moving In Circles
Been listening to these boys for so long, this one reminds me of 'Shake A Leg' defo gone for the same feel good vibe.
8. Chipmunk - Beast (Ft. Loick Essien)
I didn't believe the hype around Chipmunk at first but the hook and the production on this track is so good.
9. Skepta - Sunglasses At Night
Skepta's turn to make a eletro/bassline commercial track and it sounds good to be fair.
10. Lady GaGa - Just Dance
I wouldn't listen to this at first then when i did i couldn't help but like. I like her retro take on eletro pop, sounds nice.

Video Killed The Radio Star
If you didn't already know then last week i filmed my first music video with my Influential team to a very good song may i add. Its in editing right now so i haven't even seen how it looks or anything, i should get it back next week! Just thought i would say a few things on my mind before it goes out to the public. . .
I have been doing music now for a while and i have done everything i can think of at this level. I have organized over 30 plus shows in the last 2 years raised nearly a grand for charity and got myself in the news paper and on the radio (not mentioning all the different websites I'm on as well) so i felt like a music video the next best promotion thing to do. Now I love the commercial side of Hip-Hop and R&B and so do alot of other people that's why its so successful so for our first video we wanted a typical generic music video just to say 'look were just as good as you' type thing, its a club track so i cant imagine anything different for the video anyway. At the same time i don't wanna come across looking like a dickhead in the video, i don't want people to see it and think 'who the f**k does he think he is' As that's what i do when i see semi pro videos on Channel U. I was just having fun filming my first professorial music video, it was a good feeling.
So I'm just telling the world now in my own words the video was alot of fun to film and i don't regret doing anything, its all trial and error so lets see how this turns out then we know what to do and what not to do next time round, i think to a fan of commercial Hip-Hop this video will be just as good if not better then shit you see on TV as the song is FIREEEE! haha.
Here's a few photos from the filming, I'll show you the video as soon as its done....
